1) Other than a quick dry wipe prior to scanning, I do not clean your photos. Your photos should be submitted in clean condition. Any contaminates included on or imbedded in your photo that is not removed prior to scanning WILL BE included in the scan. This is not uncommon, especially with older photos, and can normally be removed after scanning.
